Topical care
Nourishing Biologicals has released its new men’s skincare line to improve “skin tone, firmness and texture,” the company says. The “bioscience” company’s inaugural men’s line currently offers a sea kelp and green tea face serum, along with a hyaluronic acid and aloe vera moisturizer.
The products are made from sustainably sourced, natural ingredients, Nourishing Biologicals says.
Men’s skincare appears to be on the rise, with companies like Lycored saying a shift toward inclusivity is driving the trend.
Desert Harvest’s Aloe Glide lubricant has become the “first” sexual lubricant to receive approval by the National Eczema Association (NEA). Device launches
Oral care brand “usmile” unveiled its flagship sonic toothbrush, for sale globally. The sub-brand of the Stars Pulse corporation says the “Y1S” toothbrush is quiet, uses three settings, has an ergonomic grip and has a battery life of 180 days. The Y1S toothbrush by usmile is available in pink or green, and comes with a matching case for storage.

NuShape assures the light is free from UV rays and can stimulate the body’s ability to build new proteins and reduce inflammation.
Non-invasive treatments using LED lights and LLLT appear to be a rising trend. In December 2021, BioPhotas teamed up with Ulta Beauty to bring its LED therapy skin care devices to Ulta stores across the US. The same month, Lifepro unveiled its Red Light Therapy Solutions targeting weight loss, anti-aging and muscle inflammation.
