Cvista technology platform
Cvista has established itself as a key supplier of citrus ingredients, operating across the entire citrus value chain, from sourcing raw materials to the precise fractionation of citrus compounds.
Th
Cvista is known for its advanced expertise in citrus oil processing and for producing high-value natural ingredients, particularly for the fragrance industry.e company brings skills in purifying trace compounds, enabling the isolation and valorization of molecules present in very small quantities, such as valencene, decanal, and nootkatone, which are key to creating distinctive scent and taste profiles.
Its modern, automated industrial operations include distillation, extraction, resin-based processing, and molecular distillation.
The Cvista campus comprises several integrated facilities, including R&D pilot-scale, production, and warehousing operations, all designed to deliver efficiency, flexibility, and quality.
The campus features an automated manufacturing platform that enables continuous production of high-purity citrus ingredients, supported by advanced analytical laboratories for quality control and the development of new citrus fractions.
Its comprehensive pilot-scale platform also enables the development of tailor-made citrus fractions to meet specific industry requirements. According to both Mane and Cvista, this infrastructure provides “an ideal foundation for developing differentiated, next-generation citrus ingredients and solutions.”
The center also creates opportunities to build flavors for the food industry. Mane’s recent partnership with Arzeda will produce and commercialize ViaLeaf Reb M technology, combining complementary strengths to develop innovative solutions for the growing functional and reduced-sugar beverage markets.
