Pierre Fabre and Chowis launch AI diagnostics for hair, skin and scalp
28 Nov 2023 --- Pierre Fabre joins forces with diagnostic device maker Chowis to launch Dermoprime, a diagnostic system utilizing AI to analyze the skin, hair and scalp through the “Here to Care” professional diagnostics software.
The system also offers scientific analysis using AI technology and features a customer management system pluscloud data security. The software is tailored to Dermoprime which is the concept of Pierre Fabre Laboratories.
Transforming diagnosis
Dermoprime is a multi-type diagnostic system that operates with interchangeable lenses and AI-driven scientific analysis provided by the “Here to Care” software.
Pierre Fabre says the efficiency of Dermoprime led to its professional deployment in laboratories, clinics and cosmetic brands.
The company plans to apply Chowis’ diagnostic solutions across its range of brands Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane and René Furterer.

Chowis’ tech know-how
A specialist in skin, hair, and scalp diagnostic solutions, Chowis was created in 2012. Last year, it introduced an “unmanned kiosk-type diagnostic system” and the CES 2023 Innovation Award-winning ultra-compact AI mobile skin diagnostic system.
