Daalt, with 14 employees, provides products and expertise to over 400 customers. The company’s CEO, Sadik Daalt, will remain in charge of the company to ensure a smooth transition into Azelis. After customary closing conditions are met, the transaction is expected to close at the end of the third quarter.
