Charlotte Tilbury launches personalized AI makeup app, Bella Hadid joins brand
15 Jun 2023 --- Celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury has launched her first-ever app, designed to use the power of technology to bring beauty innovation and easy-to-use products to “everyone, everywhere.”
The app manifests Tilbury’s mission to democratize and simplify beauty for all. The company says the app is usable no matter the consumers’ level of beauty expertise. The interactive platform uses Tilbury’s beauty expertise alongside AI to educate, inspire and reward new and existing customers.

The Charlotte Tilbury app is available in 34 countries in five languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Users can get shade matches and an immediate personalized skin revival routine in under 60 seconds. Powered by AI, Tilbury’s advanced “pro-beauty” tech tools will suggest skin care and color products tailored to the person’s skin tone and needs.
“This has been years in the making – the tech has finally caught up with my vision. It’s powered by my years of expertise and unique artistry algorithm, backed by data science and customer insight. It takes all my knowledge, secrets, tips and tricks from my 30-year career with how-to tutorials delivering easy beauty for everyone,” continues Tilbury.
The app will have exclusive drops and allow users to unlock first access to shop for new beauty secrets before anyone else. Tilbury’s first-ever beauty video library will also be available with all her how-to tutorials and quick application tricks with app-only content.

During red carpet events, the app will show its users how to get Tilbury’s red carpet looks worn by celebrities and supermodels. Customers can easily shop the product to recreate the look at home. Exclusive behind-the-scenes footage will also be available.
In line with Tilbury’s mission to “make everyone feel beautiful from within,” the app will give mood-boosting affirmations.
