At the SEPAWA Congress 2025 in Berlin, Germany, we spoke with Myriam Zamora, perfumery manager, and Berta Cots, business field manager at Kao Chemicals. Zamora told us about the perfumery division’s fourth generation of fragrance capsules. Meanwhile, Cots dove into the company’s home care division and cationic surfactants, helping to “tackle various challenges in the softeners market.” The representatives also discussed the company’s efforts in promoting sustainability across its business units.
