- Cosrx is introducing a hydrogel eye patch that uses PDRN to target dark circles.
- Marini SkinSolutions has released a salmon-derived PDRN serum for professional use and in-office procedures.

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is gaining visibility for its skin-renewal claims. The regenerative ingredient is increasingly used across both professional and consumer-facing formulations.
This week, two brands launched products based on PDRN. K-beauty brand Cosrx has expanded its 5 PDRN line with the introduction of the 5 PDRN Collagen Vitalizing Hydrogel Eye Patch, which targets dark circles.
Notably, Cosrx takes the launch online, where much of the consumer awareness around PDRN has accelerated. The eye patches will debut exclusively on TikTok Shop during the social media platform’s New Arrivals event at the end of March.
Meanwhile, professional cosmetics brand Marini SkinSolutions has unveiled its Marini Reboot PDRN serum. The product contains a high concentration of salmon-derived PDRN and aims to support visible skin renewal. The serum can also be integrated with in-office aesthetic procedures.
“PDRN is a groundbreaking, regenerative technology that is unparalleled for providing topical facial rejuvenation,” says Jan Marini, founder of Marini SkinSolutions.
The 5 PDRN Collagen Vitalizing Hydrogel Eye Patch targets dark circles and under-eye dullness.Boasted brightening
Cosrx’s eye patch launch is an extension of its 5 PDRN skin care line, which gained viral attention and, according to the brand, received a strong consumer response. The K-beauty company positions the 5 PDRN Collagen Vitalizing Hydrogel Eye Patch as a treatment for dark circles, dullness, fine lines, and under-eye dehydration.
According to Cosrx, dark circles are one of the most searched skin care concerns. The company says that consumers are looking for solutions that visibly brighten, smooth, and refresh tired under eyes.
While many PDRN products rely on a single source, typically salmon-derived PDRN, Cosrx uses a blend that includes salmon, Centella asiatica, green caviar, rice, and Lactobacillus.
The brand selected these sources for their smaller molecular sizes, which it says optimize the skin’s ability to absorb the ingredient, especially in delicate areas such as the under eye.
The formula also contains a brightening complex, with niacinamide, alpha-arbutin, vitamin C, and glutathione. These ingredients aim to even out the skin tone around the eye and give the skin a more radiant appearance.
The product is offered in a hydrogel patch format that adheres closely to the skin to deliver hydration. The design is said to enhance the product’s ability to help soothe the look of fine lines and brighten the appearance of dark circles.
Marini Reboot PDRN Serum is formulated for daily use and integration with aesthetic procedures.Professional positioning
Marini SkinSolutions’ latest launch, Marini Reboot, is a regenerative serum formulated with a high concentration of salmon-derived PDRN. The formula also contains complementary ingredients that work alongside PDRN to rejuvenate the skin by improving texture, tone, and overall appearance.
Reboot was designed to support skin health and renewal. It targets consumers’ growing demand for regenerative wellness solutions and longevity-focused skin care.
The serum helps with post-procedure recovery, aiding the short-term experience of cosmetic procedures and long-term results.
Marini SkinSolutions positions the serum as an intervention “bridging the gap between professional treatments and at-home regimens.” It is intended for daily use and can be integrated into clinical in-office procedures.
