GloXO+PDRN taps booming demand for post-procedure skin recovery
Key takeaways
- Induction Therapies has launched GloXO+PDRN for post-microneedling skin recovery.
- Salmon-derived PDRN is gaining traction in regenerative and longevity skin care.
- Rising aesthetic procedures are driving demand for advanced post-treatment care.

Induction Therapies has released GloXO+PDRN, a professional-grade recovery complex for post-microneedling applications. The provider-exclusive formula is part of a growing wave of post-procedure care and incorporates the demand for polydeoxyribonucleotide-based (PDRN) actives.
GloXO+PDRN blends 5% Salmon PDRN with plant exosomes in a dual-regenerative solution. It is touted to provide visible results after one session and deliver advanced recovery reinforcement.
Induction Therapies, a skin care solutions provider and creator of Collagen PIN — a US FDA-cleared microneedling device — says that the recovery complex functions by targeting the “critical post-needling window.”
According to Angelia Inscoe, founder of Induction Therapies and Collagen PIN, this time frame is crucial to deliver optimal results and encourage healing in the skin barrier while reducing visible post-procedure skin irritation.

“GloXO+PDRN was created for the precise moment when skin is most vulnerable and in need of support post treatment,” says Inscoe. “We provide practices with a differentiated, clinically relevant recovery solution that enhances patient confidence and elevates the post-procedure experience.”

GloXO+PDRN targets skin recovery after microneedling treatments.
PDRN has been gaining momentum across skin-renewal applications in both professional and consumer-facing formulations.
Increasingly, the salmon-sourced ingredient is finding its way into collagen-based topical skin care products with rejuvenation and longevity claims, such as Cosrx’s 5 PDRN line or Marini SkinSolutions’ Marini Reboot PDRN serum.
“PDRN is a groundbreaking, regenerative technology that is unparalleled for providing topical facial rejuvenation,” says Jan Marini, founder of Marini SkinSolutions.
As the PDRN gains traction, vegan alternatives to the animal-derived ingredient are also seeing consumer demand for their sustainability claims. Last week, at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2026 (May 19–20), Personal Care Insights met with Lucas Meyer Cosmetics to discuss its ingredient AlgaSurge and the growing interest in vegan PDRN as consumers prioritize clean and multifunctional formulations.
Driven by the growing desire for non-invasive treatments with minimal recovery time, PDRN injections have become a go-to solution for skin rejuvenation amid celebrity endorsements and viral trends on social media platforms.
Dr. Ashwin Soni, founder of The Soni Clinic, previously told Personal Care Insights: “We’re focusing on skin health and quality, and patients want natural skin boosters. Polynucleotides are regenerative and therefore boost the collagen and elastin in our skin, brighten, and hydrate. They improve skin quality, which is the key.”
Skin recovery in the age of intervention
Post-procedure skin care demand continues to rise globally.
The growing popularity of aesthetic interventions is breeding demand for post-procedure care. This demand is being quickly met by ingredient launches across the industry.
IMCD leaned into procedure-driven beauty with its seven formulation innovations designed for post-aesthetic procedure care and recovery, launched at In-cosmetics Global 2026 in Paris, France (April 14–16). According to IMCD, aesthetic procedures have increased 42,5% globally since 2020, with many new consumers partaking for the first time.
In February 2026, #FirstTimeBotox generated 477,000 views weekly, a 12,000% week-on-week increase in engagement on social media.
Last month, Givaudan Active Beauty launched PrimalHyal 300, a hyaluronic acid-based skin healing ingredient for post-procedure recovery. The ingredient reinforces the skin’s natural defense system and quickens healing when the skin barrier is damaged, such as in post-procedure care. Givaudan underlines the necessity for understanding and fine-tuning after care, citing the fivefold increase in aesthetic treatments over the last three decades.
Similarly, BioCorneum unveiled a dual-action Bruise Care System, designed to prepare patients and support bruise and scar recovery after cosmetic and surgical procedures, such as Botox, liposuction, sclerotherapy, and dermal fillers.
A recent report by Boston Consulting Group and Women’s Wear Daily underlined that consumers are combining various beauty methods to optimize skin results. Based on a survey of 5,000 US beauty consumers in April 2026, the report revealed that consumers are increasingly combining beauty approaches such as traditional makeup and aesthetic procedures to obtain results. The report illustrates the growing interest in aesthetic procedures and complementary care.
